I think it’s him. Looks like him around the eyes.
The Mando Footloose is not a bicycle because it doesn’t have a way for the rider to directly drive the wheel. This is not an ebike, it’s an electric scooter with a pedal powered battery charger. This is really very silly because there is so little efficiency in charging the battery this way. It is far more efficient for the rider to drive the wheel. And when the battery is dead, it can’t be pedaled.
I can’t seem to embed it, but there is a good video at the BBC.

Looks promising, but I’m a little skeptical.
Damn it. Just when I was resolved to hating Nilay Petal forever, he comes up with the best tech headline of the year: “What company will Stephen Elop steal for Microsoft next?” – The Verge.
“The company could also be on the hook for payroll tax, unemployment insurance, workers’ compensation, and state taxes.”
It’s kind of amazing that Uber isn’t on the hook for any of this now. Is the American economy really sustainable with this new contractor model? I doubt it.
Halo 5 – 12 player vs 12 player Warzone….
BWHA HA HAHAHAHAHA!!!
UPDATE: Halo 5 will not have a split screen mode so I can’t ever play it with my son and he can’t play it with his friends which means we won’t be buying it.
In a post about Adobe’s new Stock Photo App, the real story is in the comments section where alternatives to the big Stock Photo companies are discussed. This is the stuff that should be in the post and what makes The Verge so disappointing these days.
The magic starts at 1:30.
